Who gets a coach? Managing access to coaching in charities

In this free webinar Dr Helen Timbrell shared the results of her research exploring how UK charities manage access to coaching for emerging and current leaders.
She highlighted some of the risks associated with the current loose, hidden and historic approaches to managing access to coaching, and also identified opportunities to introduce a more strategic and planned approach, which may deliver better outcomes for individuals and organisations.
Helen is a People and Organisational development Consultant and Researcher. She is one of the Centre for Charity Effectiveness Coaches, coordinating the CCE coaching programme, and a facilitator of the Action Learning Programme.
